Questions of the training process
What is the weight of the simulator?
The simulator was powered by people weighing
about 100 kg without fear of failure. It’s almost
impossible to break a simulator with a lot of
weight, unless, of course, you use special
efforts.
At what age can a child be engaged in a
simulator?
First of all, it is not the age, but the degree of
preparedness that is important for training on
the simulator. In general, the simulator can train
children from the age from which they begin to
engage in sports.
Is it possible to rotate the pairs on the simulator?
Yes. This helps to corotation skills.
How to get up on a simulator?
It is necessary to put one foot so that the toe of the foot is on the rotating platform, and
the heel is on the lid of the simulator. Thus, this leg will stand on the fixed cover and fix
the rotating platform. Then put the other foot on the rotating platform. And the third step
is to transfer the first leg to the rotating platform.
How to jump off the simulator?
The easiest option after stopping the rotation put your foot from the “turntable” on the
floor in the direction of motion. Then remove the second leg. A variant of jumping
simultaneously with two legs is possible. In order to avoid injury, we recommend that you
work off the simulator with the Turntable turned off.
How much and how often do you need to practice on the simulator?
This question must be answered individually. Obviously, the more often an athlete is
engaged, the faster the results grow. But during the operation of the simulator it was found out that too frequent lessons do not bring more effect. It is optimal to take
classes once a day or every other day for half an hour or an hour, depending on the
preparedness of the athlete.
Were there any worsening of wellbeing during class?
Since the simulator forms a unique skill, pushing the limits of the maximum
possibilities of the person, then some deviations in the state of health are possible.
The coach during training must constantly ask the athlete about how he feels. At
signs of worsening of state of health, dizziness, appearance of red spots on the
hands, nausea, it is necessary to interrupt lessons for a while. If a beginner who is
not an athlete wants to start on the simulator, he must first consult with the
appropriate medical specialist.
Can I use loads on my hands and feet during classes?
Yes. To increase the effectiveness of training, it is possible to use weighting
agents. The athlete can pick up 200/300 grams of bags with a load and practice,
as usual.
Do breaks in the simulator lead to a loss of skill?
Yes. Rotation is a type of movement unusual for a person. Therefore, often, except
as on the simulator, such a skill is not practiced anywhere. Athletes who stopped
exercising on the simulator lost their skills and reduced sports results.
Can I eat before training on the simulator?
It is undesirable. It is best to practice on the simulator 2 hours after eating.
What are the requirements for clothes and footwear for classes
Normal sportswear, not embarrassing clothes. Shoes should be taken with a non
slip sole. It is easier to overcome the centrifugal force that occurs during rotation:
legs do not move apart.
What medical indications should the athlete have for training on the
simulator?
Medical indications permitting sports are also shown for training on the simulator.
How many simulators can I use per day?
In the training mode, with regular pauses, the simulator can work without
limitations.
Lifetime?
Longterm exploitation revealed the strengths and weaknesses of the design. The
drive set and housing are practically not subject to wear. The service life of the
motor is factoryset to 10 years. Most often, the speed controller (control panel) of
the simulator breaks down. Therefore, an additional regulator is included in the
equipment of the simulator. Also a fuse is often out of order. Its replacement can be
easily carried out.
